Rocky Movers: 412 booked moves in six months.
Rocky Movers is a Denver moving company that handles local, long-distance and commercial moves. The goal was more booked moves from people searching in the Denver metro, without paying a lead service for each one.

Rebuilt around Denver searches
A new homepage and keyword strategy focused on the terms Denver customers actually use.
13 metro pages, linked properly
Every Denver metro service area page connected with clear internal links, and wrong-city headings fixed.
Broken call buttons fixed
Click-to-call links that didn't dial now work on every page. For a mover, a dead phone link is a lost estimate.

Audit and rebuild
One clear H1, a "why choose us" section, schema, alt text and claims rewritten so they're specific and believable.
A county page, rebuilt
A county service area page rewritten from scratch through several Surfer rounds, with a town list, a clear call to action and schema.
Duplicate profile cleaned up
A duplicate Google Business Profile was splitting NVN's reviews and rankings. It has been flagged for removal.
Meyer's Local Locksmith: a 57% booking rate.
Meyer's Local Locksmith runs two shops north of Dallas, in Fairview and Prosper, with mobile service around the clock. Locksmith search results are crowded with fake listings, so the work focused on proving that Meyer's is a real, local shop.

A service area hub
One hub page that links every city the two shops cover, so customers and Google can see exactly where Meyer's works.
Real price ranges on the site
Service call, rekey and lock installation ranges published on the site. People in a hurry call the shop that answers the price question.
Old addresses cleaned up
Years of directory listings with an old address and wrong hours, corrected so every source describes the same two shops.
Two Business Profiles, managed separately
Fairview and Prosper each have their own Google Business Profile, service areas and reviews.
Papaya Construction: from 9 clicks a month to 166.
Papaya Construction Group is a licensed general contractor in Irvine, California, doing remodeling, hardscape and exterior work across Orange County and Southern California. When we started working together in the fall of 2025, the site barely showed up on Google.

Where these numbers come from.
Client CRM and call tracking
Leads, calls and booked jobs come from each client's own CRM and call tracking. A booking rate is booked jobs divided by leads and calls.
Google Search Console
Clicks and impressions are Google's own numbers for each website. For seasonal businesses, we compare the same months a year apart.
Semrush
Ranking keyword counts are Semrush estimates for Google's US results. They're useful for trends, so we report them with dates.
Results depend on the market, the competition, the budget and where a website starts. These case studies show what happened for these businesses. Your free audit is where we look at what's realistic for yours.
More home service businesses we work with.
Movers, contractors, locksmiths, roofers, restoration companies and more, from New York to California.
Case study FAQ.
Where do the lead and booking numbers come from?
From each client's own CRM and call tracking. Rocky Movers' numbers count leads and calls from Google Search and Google Maps.
Are these typical results?
They're real results for these businesses, and every market is different. Competition, budget, service area and the starting point of the website all change what's possible. The free audit is where we give you an honest read on yours.
How long did these results take?
The lead numbers cover six months. Papaya Construction's search growth happened over about a year of work, starting from a site that barely appeared on Google.
Do you only work with these trades?
No. We work with home service businesses in general, including HVAC companies, roofers, garage door companies and water damage restoration companies.
Can you share more details about a case study?
We're happy to walk through the work on a call, as far as each client is comfortable sharing. Start with the free audit and ask.
